In recent weeks, the news was abuzz with reporting on a whirlwind of a storm dubbed Elliott—a variant of “Elijah.” Could it be that this storm is a sign that those who are to come in the spirit and power of Elijah are here and ready to prepare the way for Christ’s return as the day of the Lord is at hand?
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: (Malachi 4:5)
In this article, you will see how the doors to heaven are opened—the Way, the Truth, and the Life—at the same place where Elijah’s altar that God Himself ignited, is represented in heaven. Watch the clock and be ready to enter the Door to life (Jesus) when it opens, to escape the fate of the unrepentant.
Elijah’s cold and deadly winter storm in the north was coincident with fires in the south that ravaged the populous seaside tourist city of Viña del Mar[1] (Vineyard of the Sea) in Chile. Indeed, the dreadful day of the Lord is nigh at hand wherein the wicked of the earth are to be cast into the winepress of divine wrath like overripe grapes from the vineyard of the sea.[2] But were those who died in these disasters more sinful than others?
I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5)
Taken together, these disasters warn the whole earth—both northern and southern hemispheres—that the time of God’s visitation is just before us, when He will smite the earth with a curse as stated in the last verse of the Old Testament:
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. (Malachi 4:6)
The few lines of this prophecy are packed with profundity. Notice that the main issue that Elijah is prophesied to deal with is a generational division between fathers and children—or better said, “parents” and children. It is talking about a restoration of the family unit. It is talking about repairing the division that gender ideology has brought between parents and children.
Satan has attacked the family unit because it is the image of God and the core of a godly society. Yet despite his attacks on various aspects of the family, the worst division Satan has caused is not between father and mother, but between parents and children, through LGBT ideologies, which constitute the image of the beast—the counter to the image of God as established at creation.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)
Letting go of this pillar of creation has caused what is possibly the greatest problem of society today. It is the kind of departure from God that warranted fire upon the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, which serve as an example of the end of the world. So, when the last warning of the Old Testament speaks about an Elijah who would turn people back to common sense on the matter of family, it is something that we should pay attention to in light of today’s problems. Isn’t it strange that the magnates of the world promote the worship of nature while also teaching LGBT tolerance contrary to nature? This is not sane!
The idea that two men can have a baby (or two women) whether through adoption or any other artificial means, is a lie, and the father of lies is Satan.[3] The human DNA has been handed down from God since creation, and the DNA itself proves one’s identity. It is biological nonsense to have two fathers or two mothers, yet people are being taught—children are being taught—to embrace such absurdity.
Yet, this is where we’re at. The old school parents and the new generation of ashaming, indoctrinated children—whose education was unwillingly financed by the tax dollars of the very parents to whom it is so repulsive—are divided. And in some cases, generous donations to education in poorer countries—seemingly a good thing—come with strings attached in terms of curricula that bring this division to areas where such shameful things would never take root on their own.
Philanthropy is a beautiful word, but in practice, it is not the charitable endeavor it purports to be. The truth about philanthropy is summed up in the words of the wise Solomon: “a gift destroyeth the heart.”[4] It is human nature that loyalties gravitate in the direction of where the money comes from, and this influence is the reason philanthropists are such do-gooders. They aren’t actually doing good at all; they are just financing their own agenda in a socially acceptable way that makes them look like benefactors of society, when in reality they are oftentimes agents of its destruction.
The division between parents and children has matured for a generation to the point where the young politicians and leaders of society are already among the indoctrinated. The Bible says that this great division must be healed by Elijah, “lest” God smite the earth with a curse, and these natural disasters are the signs telling us that the decisive moment has come. Or, perhaps a more realistic way to interpret the last words of Malachi is to say, “when” the time comes that the family is so divided in society that the damage can never be healed again, “then” a world-ending curse can be expected.
The figurative Elijah of Malachi’s prophecy should have been the church, coming like John the Baptist to prepare the way of the Lord.
And he [John the Baptist] shall go before him [Jesus] in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. (Luke 1:17)
Just like the Elijah of old, the church should have brought the people to their senses atop the summits of today’s Mt. Carmel, but by and large, the churches behaved like the Israelites of old:
And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. (1 Kings 18:21)
Silently complicit in all the mess of women’s ordination and LGBT tolerance, the churches did not take a stand or were afraid to do so against their leaders, and in the end, the last “Elijah” was left alone, believing he was the only faithful one left on earth.
And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. (1 Kings 19:14)
Nevertheless, unbeknownst to Elijah, there were some faithful remaining:
Yet I have left me seven thousand in Israel, all the knees which have not bowed unto Baal, and every mouth which hath not kissed him. (1 Kings 19:18)
Where do you find yourself in this story? Were you among those who stood up in 2015 and spoke against the U.S. Supreme Court’s gay marriage legislation? Were you among those who took a stand against the churches who kowtowed to the State to avoid any semblance of discrimination for fear of losing their tax exempt status? If you stood up and spoke up with God’s warnings in your sphere of influence, then you may have partaken of the spirit of Elijah. But the churches who were called to be the Elijahs of the world to uphold moral virtue yet didn’t, will perish with the overtly unprincipled, except they repent.
But for those who stood like Elijah, the Bible tells a story—a story of fire from heaven that finally forced from the lips of even the stoically skeptical Israelites that Elijah had been right all along.
Then the fire of the Lord fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The Lord, he is the God; the Lord, he is the God. (1 Kings 18:38-39)
What fire must fall from heaven to wring such a confession from the lips of Christians today? Is it the fire of nuclear missiles raining down upon their promised land? Is it a planet destroyed by asteroid fragments that restore the humility of the scientific community, including NASA? What will it take? Only when the fire comes will it be seen whose sacrifice is acceptable in the sight of the Lord.
The work in the spirit and power of Elijah according to Malachi’s prophecy is not only to bring healing and reformation to God’s people, but to herald the day of wrath that culminates with the second advent of Jesus.[5] That entire story is visible in the heavens in broad strokes, as we have been unveiling in recent articles. In The Revelation of Daniel’s Two Witnesses, for example, the following image showed the two divine clocks—Orion and Horologium—through which many prophecies of Revelation have been fulfilled together with the movements of comets that are now highlighting key elements of those prophecies.
As the Lord has led us throughout this ministry, we have inquired how the scene of Elijah’s altar on Mt. Carmel could be represented in the studies, because this was the altar where God unequivocally manifested Himself in the sight of His enemies. We could always recognize certain aspects, but until we understood all the heavenly elements that God uses to communicate the fulfillment of prophecy, our view was too narrow and could not embrace the full meaning of His symbolism. God has portrayed the scene on a much bigger canvas than we had previously considered—one that includes elements from all His clocks.
Take Elijah’s altar, for example, which was built with twelve stones.
And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the Lord came, saying, Israel shall be thy name: (1 Kings 18:31)
The number twelve is figurative of the tribes of Israel, which spread their camp toward the four corners of the earth around the sanctuary of God. This was always an earthly shadow of what God promised to Abraham, namely that His descendants would inherit the stars—and thus the twelve tribes would spread out toward the four quadrants of the heavens as well as the earth. Indeed, by carefully studying the list of the tribes in Revelation, a definite biblical association can be made between each tribe and its respective constellation—a study that unlocks the treasure trove of the Mystery of the Holy City.
This view presents the twelve stones in the form of a twelve-hour clock. The two main clock hands of the Mazzaroth are the sun and moon, like the hour and minute hands of an ordinary wall clock. This relationship between the stones and the twelve hours of a clock directs our attention to where to find the wood on this altar: it is the cross that we have seen in the twelve-hour Horologium within the circle of the Mazzaroth.
And it came to pass at the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice, that Elijah the prophet came near, and said, Lord God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, let it be known this day that thou art God in Israel, and that I am thy servant, and that I have done all these things at thy word. (1 Kings 18:36)
The Horologium is a twelve-hour clock to which is attached a sacrifice, as signified by the three o’clock hand pointing to the hour of the evening sacrifice and Jesus’ death.
And around the altar of Elijah also flowed a channel of water, as it is in the heavens with the Eridanus flowing around the clock:
And with the stones he built an altar in the name of the Lord: and he made a trench about the altar, as great as would contain two measures of seed. And he put the wood in order, and cut the bullock in pieces, and laid him on the wood, and said, Fill four barrels with water, and pour it on the burnt sacrifice, and on the wood. And he said, Do it the second time. And they did it the second time. And he said, Do it the third time. And they did it the third time. And the water ran round about the altar; and he filled the trench also with water. (1 Kings 18:32-35)
The two measures associated with the trench around the altar correspond to the very meaning of the river Eridanus as a representation of the gene of life as explained in the final thoughts of The Revelation of Daniel’s Two Witnesses. As Elijah brought the people to judgment, the flowing time of the river points to the timeline of the judgment of the world, which comes in two phases:
They will face a reckoning before Jesus Christ who stands ready to judge the living and the dead. (1 Peter 4:5 NET)
The river of time flowed forward through the judgment of the dead but in reverse through the judgment of the living[6] while the body of Christ was being immunized against the virus of sin (as described in Christ in You, the Gene of Glory). One measure is for the forward direction and the other measure is for the reverse direction—two measures “of seed”, which is to say, DNA.
The dead body in the Eridanus represents the time-reversing sacrifice that was made in 2016, like the bullock on the wood that symbolizes Christ’s sacrifice. The two beams of the cross are clearly seen in the Horologium constellation, and while the sacrifice of our Lord is represented by the man lying in the river of time, those who have accepted Christ’s sacrifice and made it their own are depicted with Him. All who are baptized into Christ are baptized into His death, so that they might also rise in newness of life with Him.[7]
Those who partake of the Spirit and power of Elijah are baptized into sacrifice—the sacrifice of Philadelphia—and so walk in the footsteps not only of ancient Elijah, but also of Christ Himself. It is all visible to those who study the heavens.
To make it clear that there was no way man could ignite that fire, water was poured over the sacrifice and the wood—not once or twice, but three times—and ran into the trench. Have you experienced the outpouring of the Holy Spirit? Has your spiritual DNA been regenerated with the character of Christ’s great sacrifice? In the darkness of these days, the water of the Holy Spirit has been sent to the Horologium. Three icy comets from the Oort cloud will all make their way like three Kings of time, to this tiny sector of the sky during the “great and dreadful day of the Lord”[8] that “Elijah” proclaims, just as the original Elijah commanded water to be poured on the sacrifice three times. Each will have crossed the Eridanus like the water filled the trench around the altar. Christ’s sacrifice was for the whole world, just as the heavenly pendulum clock with its cross, points toward the four cardinal directions, and the water was poured out in batches of four. Everything is depicted there.
The story of the prophesied Elijah describes the character of the last work of reformation that had a chance to save the world from the destructive curse. The heavenly symbolism shows how Christ is revealed in those who proclaim His return in the spirit and power of Elijah as the final movements of the cometary trio in heaven delineate earth’s last days.
Will you be baptized into the sacrifice of Christ and live?
In the closing words of the Old Testament, the appearance of Elijah is said to precede the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. (Malachi 4:5-6)
What “day” is referred to here? And what curse will it bear for those who remain unaffected by that final ministry? Clearly, the day of the Lord, or “the Lord’s day” refers to the same day that is introduced in the last book of the New Testament:
I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet, (Revelation 1:10)
In the visions he received from the Lord through the hand of the angel, John saw this very day that Malachi prophesied of. He saw in symbolic form what would befall the world on the great and dreadful “day of the Lord,” and the entire book of Revelation revolves around that story. Through the book of Revelation, we can therefore also understand what “curse” is determined upon those who do not heed the spirit and power granted to the last Elijah: it is the outpouring of all the plagues and curses written in that book—most notably the seven last plagues.
How long will the “day” of the Lord be, exactly? Certainly, any logically reasoning soul would understand that it cannot be a mere literal day, otherwise nothing—no matter how devastating—would warrant all the fear and trepidation with which it is described. How much can happen in a day? No matter how bad the events of a day, a man would but suffer and die in its course. No, it is symbolic language, prophetic language.
This very question was confronted in 2011 in the second part of a study of the ancient Jewish sacrificial system and the daily bread that was allotted for them. Considering that Elijah’s role in calling fire from heaven on Mt. Carmel involved making the sacrifice of Christ prominent in the minds of Israel, it is fitting to find the answer to the duration of the day of the Lord in the sacrificial system.
When I thought to know this [why the wicked prosper], it was too painful for me; Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then understood I their end. (Psalm 73:16-17)
The study in question revealed that the duration of the seven last plagues of Revelation—or at least the duration of a certain phase of intense trouble, comparable to when the disciples were without their Lord after the crucifixion—would be not a literal “day,” but 372 days, which is one solar year (365) and seven (7) days. This was determined by adding the number of rations of spiritual sustenance that God figuratively provided through the sacrificial system, and amazingly, it coincides perfectly with the day-for-a-year principle of prophetic interpretation, with an additional seven days added for a special reason.
…I have appointed thee each day for a year. (From Ezekiel 4:6)
Thus, when God speaks of the great and dreadful “day” of the Lord, He indeed speaks of an entire year—a period during which plagues are much more to be feared and suffering is likely to be much more protracted for those who are without the 372 daily rations provided by the sacrifice of our Lord as allotted in the ancient system of types.
This is also corroborated by other passages in the Bible that speak of this dreaded day:
For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the year of my redeemed is come. (Isaiah 63:4)
Notice how this verse compares not just the day with the year, but the vengeance against the wicked with the time of the Lord’s redeemed. It paints the picture of a time when not only are the wicked who despised His sacrifice plagued in vengeance, but special attention is brought to His people, who cherished His gift of love. It is about each one’s relation to Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross on May 25, AD 31.
Now, is it any wonder that the death and resurrection of Christ plays such an important role in the timing of the end of the world? The last of the three comets to visit the Horologium highlights the Lord’s sacrifice at the end of its course, just before Jesus returns. Is it mere coincidence that leading up to comet E3 striking the pendulum on May 28, 2024, there are the three memorial days of Christ’s death, rest, and resurrection (May 25, 26, 27)?
In consideration of the fact that the state of the world will only continue to get worse as the end approaches, the day of the Lord’s vengeance should therefore cover very nearly the last year of earthly time (365 days, with an additional seven days of leeway). It is remarkable that this seems to span from the anniversary of Christ’s sacrifice on May 25 of 2023 till about the same day in 2024.
Furthermore, if we go back to the first comet to enter the Horologium and its depiction of the three “leaves” of the Horologium “tree” that highlight the vaccination crisis, we also find that this last year of special extremity corresponds perfectly with the end of the tracing of the third leaf:
When the third leaf is complete on May 19, 2023, comet BB begins to draw the fourth and final year-leaf of the parable of the fruitless fig tree in Luke 13 as described in The Winepress of Divine Wrath.
And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down. (Luke 13:8-9)
Thus, the fourth leaf—beginning with its stem—corresponds exactly to the “day of the Lord” when the owner of the vineyard will cut down the fruitless fig tree, which represents the churches who did not bear fruit for His kingdom.
In light of the fact that Christ’s Passion Week began historically on May 20, AD 31, with His triumphal entry into Jerusalem, we can begin to ascertain exactly how the 372 daily rations are meant to be applied. Could the seven days be apportioned to the memorial anniversary dates of the Passion week, beginning on May 20, 2023? (Interestingly, Pentecost on the biblical calendar will coincide with the ending of that memorial Passion week.)
This would leave the remaining 365 portions from the year to span the time from May 27, 2023 until May 25, 2024 (inclusive), allowing three additional days to be accounted for until Jesus returns, similarly to the three days and three nights in which Jesus was in the heart of the earth before His own resurrection. We do not wish to speculate on exact details that have not yet been revealed, but what is sure is that the Bible speaks of a year of vengeance and that the daily rations provide exactly the amount of time to sustain God’s people during that year, as delineated by comet BB on the Horologium clock. Perhaps additional clues can be gleaned from the biblical calendar, according to which the true resurrection anniversary is likely to fall on May 25, 2024—the memorial anniversary of the crucifixion and the end of the 372 days as proposed above.
The Lord will continue to lead His people all through the time ahead, but only if we walk in the light He shines on our path today. When He shows the way, His children must tune their hearts to follow His leading and so hope to arrive safely in the Father’s arms. This is the ultimate work that Elijah came to do—to turn the hearts of God’s children to their heavenly Father and vice versa.
Our heavenly Father is constantly seeking to turn the hearts of His children to Himself, and those who in the last days, partake of Elijah’s spirit work with Him to show the last generation the way to His home that He has prepared.
In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? (John 14:2-5)
The work of Elijah in the last days is God’s final call to show the way to the door of life. Have you seen that door? As we have been following the Lord’s instruction to “look up” because of the nearness of our redemption, we have seen three comets intersect the clock constellation in the heavens. Not all those intersections have happened yet, but we have seen them in our studies of the heavens.
Jesus, who is represented by the three comets BB, K2, and E3, in the various ways we have described in prior articles, is the Door to life eternal. However, He represents Himself as three doors, just as there are three comets that traverse the clock. These three comets, which teach us of the coming of our Lord, have technical names and abbreviations that we are familiar with, but they also have more meaningful spiritual names that Jesus defined:
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
This hearkens back to the pattern of the tabernacle of the testimony and the blueprint for the heavenly temple, which similarly has three doors—all representing Jesus.
Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God? (Psalms 77:13)
God designed that the sanctuary doors and the associated furniture within each compartment would illustrate to man the way of salvation. The presence of God, which no man can approach unto without the covering of Christ’s righteousness, was in the most holy place, beyond three doors through which a person must pass before being able to stand in His presence.
This represents the journey of the Christian to the Father. A closer look at that three-part journey will help us understand what God is showing us in the heavens.
The sinner comes first to the outer curtain of the tabernacle with a sacrifice for sin (belief in Jesus). He recognizes his unworthiness to see God because of his own sins, which are then atoned for by the officiating priest who, as a type for Christ, accepts his sacrifice of faith. The sinner thus passes through the first of the three doors, having found the Way.
Inside the inner courtyard, the one who desires to see the Father is still not allowed to do so. Beyond the altar of sacrifice on which his sin offering is burnt—representing the acceptance of Christ’s sacrifice in his stead—there is the laver: a pool of water which the priests use for cleansing. This represents an immersive baptism in Christ, which is a public confession of the acceptance of Christ’s sacrifice and a public declaration of death to sin and living fidelity and service to Him. Only after having been washed in the waters of baptism, cleansed by Christ’s sacrifice, and given new clean garments of His righteousness, can the sinner figuratively enter the door into the holy place, through the representation of the ministering priest.
Even after having followed the spiritual journey into the holy place, the sinner is still not allowed to see God in person. Within the holy place are the table of showbread and the lampstand, which signify the sanctification wrought through the intake of the daily bread of God’s word and the daily walking by the light of the Holy Spirit that is never to go out. Daily communion with God is symbolized by the priest offering sweet fragrances on the altar of incense at the third and final door. Only once in a year would the high priest enter beyond that door, signifying the final transition from this world into the world to come, at which point those who were cleansed, sanctified, and walking daily with God on this earth through the power of Christ’s intercession would finally be re-united with God forever.
As we approach the end of time, the Lord, by the spirit of Elijah, is showing the way through these doors, which is accomplished through the timing of the comets. The entrance of BB into the Horologium constellation generally coincided with the dawning of the DNA vaccine question. Specifically, it crossed the constellation border on the very day that the US[9] issued guidance stating that employers could freely mandate that their employees get vaccinated against Covid-19[10]—one of the most coercive means to increasing the vaccination rates, as it touches one’s bottom line.
This comet corresponds to the door that separates the outer courtyard (given to the Gentiles) from the inner court, which was called “The Way.” Those who kept their DNA pure in honor of Christ are those who found “the Way” and passed through this door in faith, without compromising their DNA even under extreme pressure from the world. They have access to the sanctuary court.
The next comet (K2) enters the clock constellation in March of 2023, which is just ahead. This represents the next test that Christians must pass. In our articles, we have offered many insights on this period of time and what trials are likely to come over God’s people as the world pursues its diabolical agendas. We have recognized that this coincides with the midnight cry of the parable of the ten virgins, as it is our expectation that many Christians will wake up in the months that follow the comet’s passage through the clock. But how many will prove to have been wise, preparing sufficient oil ahead? Those will be the ones who will enter the second door: “the Truth.” It is fitting that in our series of articles about the covenant God has renewed with His people, where this comet’s intersection of the clock is studied in detail, there is even an article entitled Looking Up to All Truth. This midnight cry door symbolizes the advanced preparation of Holy Spirit oil—which stands for preparing the mind by storing up the Truth of God’s word so that in time of crisis, one is prepared to give light during the procession of the Bridegroom. Those who pass this test (the wise virgins) thus gain spiritual entrance into the holy place, where the bread is that symbolizes the truth they have internalized, and where the lampstand is that symbolizes the light they have participated in shedding all around.
Last of all is comet E3, which reaches the clock in 2024. This comet corresponds to the door called “the Life,” as it indicates the coming of Jesus who brings with Him the gift of eternal life. This comet enters the clock constellation boundaries on the second anniversary of the Hunga Tonga eruption (January 15, 2024), revealing the deep significance of what the Father declared with that record-breaking volcanic blast. Those who are able to pass through that door undefiled will be blessed and ultimately receive the long-awaited privilege of being able to stand in the presence of the Father.
Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen. (Jude 1:24-25)
The Lord says many things through the comets as they follow their silent trajectories. Before comet E3 reaches the clock, and shortly after its closest approach to earth, it will pass directly between the horns of Taurus on February 12, 2023, while in conjunction with Mars, the war planet.
This is the coronation hall in the heavens, where one would expect the church of God to be crowned, but at this time, there is no heavenly body signifying the church. What does the comet’s presence between the pillars signify? Could this be the beginning of the final war against the seed of the woman, as it says in Revelation?
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 12:17)
The final war against God’s people will be a matter of life and death.
And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. (Revelation 13:15)
Pray for God’s protection and for wisdom to conduct yourself prudently in all things, like the one example of a royal “seed” who was recorded in the Bible as being crowned by the pillar in the coronation hall during a time of contention over the throne of the kingdom:
And the guard stood, every man with his weapons in his hand, round about the king, from the right corner of the temple to the left corner of the temple, along by the altar and the temple. And he brought forth the king’s son, and put the crown upon him, and gave him the testimony; and they made him king, and anointed him; and they clapped their hands, and said, God save the king. And when Athaliah heard the noise of the guard and of the people, she came to the people into the temple of the Lord. And when she looked, behold, the king stood by a pillar, as the manner was, and the princes and the trumpeters by the king, and all the people of the land rejoiced, and blew with trumpets: and Athaliah rent her clothes, and cried, Treason, Treason. (2 Kings 11:11-14)
Revelation is clear that the powers of the world will fight against the Lamb, and against His people. The world will not allow the people of God to live, but God will fight for His people. Perhaps such intense persecution will be what finally triggers the midnight cry and wakes up the sleeping saints. Everything will happen in its course, one event after another, as prophesied in Revelation (especially chapters 19 and 17), and comet E3 (the Life) is set to signify not only the coming of Jesus, but the onset of the final war against His bride.
The powers of wickedness seek to enslave the entire world, but the sovereignty of God’s people must stand. It will be a time of great hardship, as we can already see coming. We must maintain a sacrificial attitude as indicated by E3’s passing through the altar (Taurus) one month before the midnight cry. We have many prophetic waymarks indicated in the months that will follow, and we must be ever vigilant to watch the enemy and defend the honor of God as the year of vengeance approaches and throughout its days. Only those with pure blood who pass all three doors faithfully will be able to see God.
Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. (Matthew 5:8)
Note that when the sign of E3 in the horns of the bull happens, this is also the beginning of the “handle” of the sickle that Orion wields in the final harvest of the grapes. While comet E3 makes its way downward forming the sickle, comet K2 comes up from the midnight hour indication on the clock face and crosses paths with E3:
At the conclusion of the memorial anniversary dates of the Passion of Jesus (May 20-27) in 2023, E3 crosses the path of K2. That is precisely one year before the end, marking the final 7 + 365 days of Malachi’s “day of the Lord” as examined earlier.
While the “rabbit” might seem an unlikely animal to carry spiritual significance, the hare is situated just below Orion’s foot, suggesting his triumph over it as an enemy, similar to how many legends depict it as one hunted. It represents the enemy in an attractive guise, and is perfectly situated to serve as the Lord’s footstool:[11]
But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. (Hebrews 10:12-13)
Notice how the Bible connects the sacrifice of Jesus with the awaited vengeance on His enemies (represented by the hunted hare). This is illustrated in heaven by E3 crossing the path of K2 in Lepus on the memorial anniversary of Jesus’ sacrifice for sin, when the final year of recompence begins and His enemies begin to feel what it means to be the Lord’s footstool.
Furthermore, the quick hare can certainly be a hint that the long-foretold “final rapid movements” will have finally arrived with the day (i.e. year) of the Lord.
The calamities by land and sea, the unsettled state of society, the alarms of war, are portentous. They forecast approaching events of the greatest magnitude. The agencies of evil are combining their forces and consolidating. They are strengthening for the last great crisis. Great changes are soon to take place in our world, and the final movements will be rapid ones.—Testimonies for the Church 9:11 (1909). {LDE 11.2}
We have already seen the portentous calamites. We have already seen the agencies of evil consolidating. We have already seen great changes in our world. What is left, but the FINAL movements—that means the “last” movements, like those of a dying animal. In other words, it is the END of the world as we know it.
Timewise, we have already passed one door to the heavenly sanctuary—the door called the Way that was opened in 2021 as employer vaccine mandates were green-lighted when Comet BB entered the Horologium. The two remaining doors open the way to a new era of holy time. Once the door opens, comet K2 promptly strikes the midnight hour on the clock.
And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. (Matthew 25:6)
This second door is the door of Truth, which will open when K2 enters the Horologium in early March. Not only is it soon to be encountered, but the time is very short from now until the day of the Lord begins in May of 2023. The moment of truth is only a few months away.
Those who follow Elijah on the way to be atoned with the Father must go through all three doors of the typical sanctuary. The Christian cannot afford to become satisfied and stop walking and growing with Christ. We must keep going with Him in belief through each door He leads us to, or we will be separated from Him. Such are then susceptible to the strong delusions of the deceptive times in which we live.
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (2 Thessalonians 2:11-12)
The experience of the Millerite movement in the 1800s sheds light on how that can happen, because Jesus Himself went through the three figurative doors of the sanctuary as our High Priest and Forerunner. He came as a Man to earth, and thus entered the courtyard, where He gave His sacrifice.
As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. (John 17:18)
The Christian must follow Him in belief through the next door. After He ascended to heaven, He inaugurated the heavenly sanctuary, where for centuries (as experienced on earth), He ministered through His Spirit in the holy place, refining His people by the truth of His Word.
And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. (John 17:19)
As the Advent movement was beginning, Jesus passed through the third door into the Holiest. The following vision, received during the Millerite experience, describes a separation that took place in the holy place when Jesus made that transition to the holy of holies:
I saw a throne, and on it sat the Father and the Son. I gazed on Jesus’ countenance and admired His lovely person. The Father’s person I could not behold, for a cloud of glorious light covered Him. I asked Jesus if His Father had a form like Himself. He said He had, but I could not behold it, for said He, “If you should once behold the glory of His person, you would cease to exist.” Before the throne I saw the Advent people—the church and the world. I saw two companies, one bowed down before the throne, deeply interested, while the other stood uninterested and careless. Those who were bowed before the throne would offer up their prayers and look to Jesus; then He would look to His Father, and appear to be pleading with Him. A light would come from the Father to the Son and from the Son to the praying company. Then I saw an exceeding bright light come from the Father to the Son, and from the Son it waved over the people before the throne. But few would receive this great light. Many came out from under it and immediately resisted it; others were careless and did not cherish the light, and it moved off from them. Some cherished it, and went and bowed down with the little praying company. This company all received the light and rejoiced in it, and their countenances shone with its glory. {EW 54.2}
Notice that in the above paragraph, the two groups are described making their choices. They are able to receive or reject the light during that time, which corresponds to the time in the holy place (as will be apparent in the next paragraph). But once the transition to the most holy place happens, the two groups are forever separated. There is no changing sides after what transpires in the holy place!
I saw the Father rise from the throne, and in a flaming chariot go into the holy of holies within the veil, and sit down. Then Jesus rose up from the throne, and the most of those who were bowed down arose with Him. I did not see one ray of light pass from Jesus to the careless multitude after He arose, and they were left in perfect darkness. Those who arose when Jesus did, kept their eyes fixed on Him as He left the throne and led them out a little way. Then He raised His right arm, and we heard His lovely voice saying, “Wait here; I am going to My Father to receive the kingdom; keep your garments spotless, and in a little while I will return from the wedding and receive you to Myself.” Then a cloudy chariot, with wheels like flaming fire, surrounded by angels, came to where Jesus was. He stepped into the chariot and was borne to the holiest, where the Father sat. There I beheld Jesus, a great High Priest, standing before the Father. On the hem of His garment was a bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate. Those who rose up with Jesus would send up their faith to Him in the holiest, and pray, “My Father, give us Thy Spirit.” Then Jesus would breathe upon them the Holy Ghost. In that breath was light, power, and much love, joy, and peace.
I turned to look at the company who were still bowed before the throne [in the holy place]; they did not know that Jesus had left it. Satan appeared to be by the throne, trying to carry on the work of God. I saw them look up to the throne, and pray, “Father, give us Thy Spirit.” Satan would then breathe upon them an unholy influence; in it there was light and much power, but no sweet love, joy, and peace. Satan’s object was to keep them deceived and to draw back and deceive God’s children. {EW 55.1-56.1}
As you can see, the decisive time for salvation is in the holy place, which corresponds to the months between the midnight cry in March until comet E3 enters the holiest in January 2024. There is not much time left, yet in this room of the temple is the candlestick that provides the light of truth. Only after the Lord opens the third door for us will the unification begin as He promised:
Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me. (John 17:20-23)
Jesus was praying that you would go all the way through the doors of the sanctuary—the process of atonement by which we may be united with the Father through Christ. Some of us have been studying this light for many years, but many will not have years; they will have mere months.
As I saw what we must be in order to inherit glory, and then saw how much Jesus had suffered to obtain for us so rich an inheritance, I prayed that we might be baptized into Christ’s sufferings, that we might not shrink at trials, but bear them with patience and joy, knowing what Jesus had suffered that we through His poverty and sufferings might be made rich. Said the angel, “Deny self; ye must step fast.” Some of us have had time to get the truth and to advance step by step, and every step we have taken has given us strength to take the next. But now time is almost finished, and what we have been years learning, they will have to learn in a few months. They will also have much to unlearn and much to learn again. Those who would not receive the mark of the beast and his image when the decree goes forth, must have decision now to say, Nay, we will not regard the institution of the beast. {EW 67.2}
The subject matter of this article was received during the feast of lights, in the temple of God on Sabbath, December 24, 2022 (the world’s Christmas Eve). He saw fit to shed “light, power, and much love, joy, and peace” upon His people on that day, and as each of you follow through the door of Truth beginning in March of 2023, you will also have opportunity to be benefited by the light of the candlestick in the holy place and eat the bread of truth that has been prepared on the table of showbread. But “Deny self; ye must step fast.” Make the decision to walk in belief while you can.
So, let each one use your present opportunities to the fullest extent to reach out to others with the truth, while it can be found. Times will get more difficult, but the reward in terms of souls for the kingdom of God will also increase because increased tribulation is sure to open the eyes of many who did not yet recognize when the world is ending. Many have been forming a Christian character in preparation for this time. The reverse transcription of the gene of life in God’s people is nearly complete; it will be over before the spring feasts begin. As explained in Christ in You, the Gene of Glory, in retracing the gene of life, the last triplet to be transcribed is the first: the 1841-1843 triplet, which signifies the Millerite movement and the midnight cry.
It is therefore fitting that we reflect on those years and compare their experience with what we are about to face. When the door of Truth opens in March of 2023, those who are ready will be able to enter there—those who, like the wise virgins, have formed a Christian character. While we are here on earth, we are to strive to be among that number who have Christ’s DNA transcribed into their very being.
Let us strive with all the power that God has given us to be among the hundred and forty-four thousand. {Mar 241.9}
The time for that striving is now. The midnight cry of the parable of the ten virgins begins when the door of Truth opens. Again, there are the two groups. Some of the virgins had the light (the oil) that is the subject of the miracle of Hanukkah, and of our articles. But some, despite their profession, will not follow the light of God and their lamps will go out. They will be guided instead by a semblance of light from the enemy of souls, purchased from the irreputable vendors of the night. This is the time we are entering upon, so let your heart be pure and open to be turned to the light of the Father, that you do not find yourself in darkness during the great and dreadful day of the Lord.
The good news for those who have not prepared is that the miracle of the oil promises light for precisely this time. Oil for eight days was needed, but only one day’s worth was available. The requirement is: you must light your candlestick with the holy oil in faith, even if it appears insufficient to last the necessary time. Do what you can, even if it seems you can’t do any more tomorrow. Take the truth and let your light shine, even if you don’t understand everything. As shown time and again, those who put their faith in God will be sustained. God will bless every sincere effort to share His light.
